I know about the PHI 2010 book situation. This afternoon the bookstore assured me that they're ordering books and they hope to have them in two days. That means this weekend. Sorry about the delay... it happens sometimes.
I ordered an Ed. 2 from Half.com for $10.00. They have many more available, and items are shiped within 24 hours, and usually received within the week they are ordered.
i ordered my book from efollet.com, i requested overnight but they left me a message saying most probably thrusday or the latest monday.
